Terms and Conditions for the NursePreneur Academy (Foundation) and SCALE Programs

Program Overview

The NursePreneur Academy (Foundation) and NursePreneur Academy SCALE programs are high-touch coaching experiences designed for nurse entrepreneurs to build, monetize, and scale their businesses. These programs provide personalized coaching, strategic frameworks, and implementation tools to support defined business goals.

  • NursePreneur Academy Group Coaching 12 months (Foundation): Establishes core business foundations, including niche development, offer creation, and marketing strategies.

  • NursePreneur Academy SCALE: Designed for scaling entrepreneurs, focusing on high-ticket offers, automated sales systems, and achieving consistent $5K-$10K+ months.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Radical Self-Responsibility & Participation Requirements

Success in this program depends on your active engagement and willingness to take full ownership of your results. Participants must:

  • Engage Fully:

    • Attend 100% of scheduled coaching sessions unless a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided.

    • Actively contribute to live sessions, discussions, and implementation activities.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins (SCALE ONLY)

    • Submit weekly progress reviews by Sunday at 11:59 PM.

    • Failure to submit reviews for three consecutive weeks may impact eligibility for continued support.

  • Implementation of Strategies:

    • Apply the provided frameworks, launch offers, and execute marketing systems as instructed.

  • Proactive Communication:

    • Raise concerns, roadblocks, or challenges in a timely manner.

    • Support is available through designated channels during business hours.

Failure to meet these requirements forfeits access to additional support, guarantees, or bonuses.

Financial Commitment & Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Obligation:

    • Enrollment constitutes a commitment to pay the full program fee, regardless of participation, withdrawal, or personal circumstances.

    • Payment plans are available; however, the total fee remains due even if you choose not to complete the program.

  • Late Payments:

    • Payments must be made on time per the agreed schedule.

    • A $5 daily late fee applies after a five (5) day grace period for missed payments.

    • After three failed payment attempts, unpaid balances may be sent to collections, with associated fees passed on to the participant.

  • No Cancellations or Refunds:

    • Due to immediate access to digital materials, coaching, and resources, refunds are not issued for change of mind, non-participation, or external life circumstances.

    • Refunds will only be provided in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if services cannot be delivered as promised due to issues within our control.

Investment & Income Disclaimer

While this program is designed to provide you with the tools and strategies to build a successful business, Liam Caswell Coaching does not guarantee income, results, or financial success.

  • Your business outcomes are directly tied to your actions, effort, and implementation of the provided curriculum.

  • Any income earned is the result of your commitment to learning, executing, and refining your business strategies.

  • Individual results will vary based on personal factors, including but not limited to, skill level, market conditions, and consistency in implementation.

  • Liam Caswell Coaching is not liable for any losses or missed opportunities related to business operations, revenue generation, or external market forces.

  • This program does not provide formal coaching accreditation or qualification in any form. Participants are responsible for ensuring they comply with any legal, ethical, or professional standards in their respective fields.

Professional & Nursing Standards Disclaimer

  • This program does not teach participants how to practice nursing online or provide clinical guidance.

  • All participants must adhere to the nursing standards, codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements in their respective countries.

  • Liam Caswell Coaching is not responsible for any professional, legal, or ethical obligations participants have in running a nurse-led business. It is the sole responsibility of participants to ensure their business practices align with their professional registration and local regulatory standards.

Investment Guarantee

A conditional guarantee applies to both programs to provide confidence in your investment:

Guarantee Terms:

  • Participants who fully engage and meet all program requirements will achieve:

    • NPA Foundation (12 month container group coaching) A well-defined niche, market-ready offer, foundational marketing, and sales system.

    • SCALE: A refined scalable offer, automated sales systems, and a 12-month marketing plan.

Additional Support Clause:

  • If all engagement and implementation requirements are met and you still feel unprepared, you will receive continued support through community access and participation in NPA live group coaching calls until you achieve your goals.

Non-Eligibility for Guarantee:

  • The guarantee is void if participants:

    • Fail to attend at least 90% of group/1:1 sessions.

    • Do not engage in the NPA community, or ask for help throughout.

    • Do not submit at least 75% of weekly reviews.

    • Do not demonstrate adequate effort in implementing strategies.

Indemnification & Legal Compliance

  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liam Caswell Coaching, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their business operations, compliance with professional standards, or legal obligations.

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining their own legal, business, and professional advice where necessary.

  • This program does not provide legal, business, or professional consulting specific to nursing practice.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.

Consumer Protection & Refund Compliance

  • Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in the participant’s jurisdiction.

  • If consumer laws in a participant’s country mandate refunds or service guarantees, those laws will be honored in accordance with legal requirements.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Confidentiality: All shared client information remains confidential unless required by law.

  • Intellectual Property:

    • All materials, strategies, and tools provided in the program are proprietary to Liam Caswell Coaching.

    • Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

    • Program materials, including worksheets, videos, and coaching calls, are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to replicate, distribute, or resell materials will result in legal action.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling in the NursePreneur Academy (Foundation) or SCALE program, you:

✔ Acknowledge full responsibility for your participation, effort, and outcomes.

✔ Confirm financial ability to fulfill all payment obligations.

✔ Understand that success depends on your execution of program strategies.

✔ Recognise that all income potential is based on individual implementation and external factors beyond our control.

✔ Confirm that you will adhere to all nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct applicable in your country when operating a nurse-led business.
